Basic checks:

• Verify lights are on the router

  • Verify surge protector has power​

  • Verify GFI has not tripped

  • Test another power outlet

• Make sure ethernet or phone cord is plugged in correctly.

• Verify no damage to wires

• Verify multiple devices are having issues​

• ​Powercycle router or Device

• Verify email works on webmail
